Stuck in "Processing App Transfer"

Hi,

we initiated an app transfer last week from an individual account to an company account.

The interface said it could take up to 3 business days.


It is still stuck in "Processing App Transfer".


Did anyone know how to solve this issue? I accepted all contracts on both accounts.
