I'm pressing play and I've purchased the TV show, but it keeps saying "loading" then goes back to the preview, play page. I've got the icloud sign beside the tv show. Help please.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Is Apple doing anything, because this is ridiculous.

Restore seems to have worked. We'll see for how long.

In my experience, restore only works for one episode or movie, after which it fails again.

Add me to the list of frustrated customers - has anyone gotten an actual reply from Apple?

I am having the same problem... It started when I installed the latest updates.I actually got so frustrated that I went and bought a new apple TV. It was working fine, untill I installed the updates again! So it is definitally has to do with an update...Pls help!
