I have a window that keeps popping up that is asking for my password for one of my emails? I have unchecked this email in the "Mail, Contacts & Calendars" and it still keeps popping up. I want to make it stop.

You may have installed a Contacts plugin to enable Yahoo synchronization. Please do as the original poster in that thread did.
I already unclicked everything associated with that account in my preferences and in my address book. I don't want it to sync, hence I removed it.
That has not stopped this pop-up.
I have entirely deleted the emaill address account from my "mail, contacts & calendars" under preferences which address book, iCal, iChat, Mail and other apps use. The pop-up has still appeared, even though I have done that and I am not online and online running my Lightroom to work on photos. So there is nothing that should be causing it to pop-up.
Is it possible that it is a Malware or something else that has snuck onto my main computer. I'm not having this issue with my macbook pro.
If so, how would I go about getting rid of it?

Okay, it did show up in the startup of the "safe boot" mode and it did show up when I restarted it normal again.
I went to launchpad and it stayed up. Here is a screen shot. Sorry it is upside-down, but you get the jist.

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window by pressing the key combination command-V. I've tested these instructions only with the Safari web browser. If you use another browser, you may have to press the return key after pasting.
Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear.
A TextEdit window will open with the output of the command. If the command produced no output, the window will be empty. Post the contents of the TextEdit window (not the Terminal window), if any — the text, please, not a screenshot. The title of the window doesn't matter, and you don't need to post that.

I did the Resetting the SyncService folder. When the window popped up for me to merge or replace it was the same window. Waiting to see if it fixed it. I appreciate all the help you have been giving me.
So it still wanted me to enter in my password. I'm nervous, I went ahead and entered it. Hoping that it really is the SyncService folder.
Okay, it popped up again. It didn't work. What's next?
Please post a screenshot of the Address Book preferences window with the Accounts tab selected and On My Mac selected in the account list, showing that the checkbox marked Synchronize with Yahoo is not checked, or that there is no such checkbox. Be careful not to include any private information.

It was not checked.
So I went ahead and opened my prefences because the pop up was on my screen and here is the screen shot with all of it. I even opend the info on the account that is being asked for.
