Look at around 1986-1987 when Steve Jobs was booted from the multi billion dollar company he and Waz founded by their Board of Directors only for them to screw everything up and almost destroy the company. Then all of a sudden after Jobs success in saving Pixar, Apple begs him to come back. He comes back and transforms Apple from disaster to multi billion or who knows trillion company!! Unfortunately Steve passes away and hmmmmm.....Apple starts having problems and not really moving forward with their technology. Mini was Steve's before he passed I believe. They are announcing a upgrade to Apple TV in April to be released later in the year possibly. These people are destroying his company slowly but surely!!! Just watch, only a matter of time. I am no Apple Hater. I love the products. My wife and I have 2 MacBook Pro's, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones and our 3 children all have ipods and I have the Apple TV in my bed room!! Please people fix this company!

How is the company being destroyed when the stock price is higher now than it was Steve was alive?

On October 5th, 2011, APPL was at $378.25, the highest it had ever been, and that was the day Steve passed. On September 19, 2012, APPL reached it's highest peak of $702.10. It closed yesterday at $532.87.

So, APPL reached it's highest stock price ever after Steve passed, and it's still higher now than it ever was during his lifetime. The company isn't being 'destroyed'. It's evolving.

To recap:

Highest APPL price while Steve Jobs was alive: $378.25.

Current APPL price: $532.87.

$154 increase in two and a half years.
