iTunes Store not working on Windows 8.1

Ay RickFaulkner did you try put into your search engine for qtmoviewin.dll, move it into your desktop and open up another file explorer and click on the the folder Programs (x86) then itunes, open the folder and move qtmoviewin.dll into the file, Lastly the qtmoviewin.dll collide it with itunes and should be able to let you go into the itunes store without any problems. Somebody told me about this it should be able to apply to windows 8.1 and work with it just fine. Thanks!!

copy file QTMovieWin.dll - search file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

paste into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes😀

do nothing else - no need authorization -
