This Fixes iTunes 11 with Wondows 8.1

Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes

This did not work for me. I copied the files to Program Files (x86) \ iTunes. I have a subfolder, though: Program Files (x86) \ iTunes \ iTunes.Resoures. Should it go there? Thanks,

😠Yeah Same here I tried installing and unstalling itunes, and even repairing the program itself as well. so I went deeper into my computer and found out its not compatible with it but it is compatable with windows 8.1. Apple you better fix this quickly all of us that have windows 8.1 I never ran into a problem at all for very many year please fix this asap I am losing my patience with this stuff.

It has not worked for me. All i can seem to do is authorise and deorthorise my computer. it crashes if i try to access the store or sign out.

I am running Windows 8.1

i already re-installed all Apple products.

any other ideas or checks i can make?
