GarageBand help appears in foreign languages

Anyone else seeing this?

The first time I tried it, Help was in Spanish. The second time it was in French. The only language I have set in system prefs at the moment is English, which seems to be the one language I don't get.

Reinstalling fixed it temporarily. Then it reverted to languages I don't know.

This has been going on for some time with no fix. It doesn't "just work."
