Since mountain lion i was able to sync office 2011 (Outlook) with iCal and Address Book from OS X.
But now, with Mavericks, i config exactly the same, but don´t work, nothing happens.
Can someone advise?

I thought it was an iTunes function?
You can sync Outlook with your phone using iTunes, or you can sync your phone using iCloud, but Outlook can't use iCloud. So use iTunes instead.

Even turn off the icloud and sync with itunes, Outlook don´t do the sync with itunes contacts and calendar.

Well, but can you explian how to do it?
I sync with itunes, and contact appear on contacts on Mac. Open Outlook and go to contact and pulse sync, but nothing appens...
Plug the phone into your Mac, open iTunes, go to the phone pages and choose Contacts and Calendars (plus anything else you want) and turn it on.
What version of OSX do you use?
I have the latest version of Mavericks and also Office of Mac updated....
But no work. In Lion works, for this time no... The itunes really sync with my macbook and also put the contacts on my mac, but not of my Outlook...
Then you are doing it wrong because it does work.
When you select the Contacts and Calendars (in iTunes) what does it say?
First I uncheck Contacts and Calendar from my iphone icloud account.
Then I conect to itunes and choose "sync contacts, the all contacts" and also choose "sync calendar, then all calendars". Press sync button itunes the he start.
Then i check that there is a new optiion on my mac contacts, there is icloud and also my mac contacts.
Go to Outlook, push Sync Services, check all and nothing happens... It should be entering mac contacts on outlook!
Really... I need this very! I use Outlook for work and i miss the contacts and calendar be syncing....
Is iCloud on or off (on your Mac)
(If you use 2 different methods. ie: iCloud on the Phone and iTunes on the Mac they will not be in sync)
iCloud is on, but the Contacts and Calendar are unchecked...
Turn iCloud off, and try again.

Turn off icloud from Mac and from iphone. Even that, Outlook dont sync the contacts.....

Which version of OSX specifically do you have, please don't say 'the latest' again. Tell me the version.
