Blank photos tab page

OK guys and gals. I have never seen this one, and haven't been able to figure it out. I upgraded to Mavericks and have iTunes 11.1.2.

When I go to sync my phone, there is nothing, and I mean nothing on the Photos page.

The tab is there, but the page is blank. About 1/4 of the way down in the center is a spinner that never goes away.

I have tried Resetting warnings and resetting cache with no effect.

My photos got whacked off my phone befoe I realized iTunes photos were borked up. Theya re still in Aperture all safe and sound, but I have no way of managing them in iTunes anymore.

Any ideas? I'm fresh out.

Did you receive any sort of a solution for this issue? My photos tab in itunes 11.1.3 is not blank as well. The option to sync photos button is there along with the two or three options bleow it but the folders, events, etc boxes are gone. I upgraded to the 5s maybe two months ago and ever since my itunes and iphoto have been complete crap(pardon my french). Both desktop and IOS7 functions even after complete reinstalls are still buggy.

If you resolve your issue or have any advise, please pass it along. I would be much appreciative of any fix. So frustrating and diasppointing when things don't work as they should.

As stated above. Corrupt Aperture/iPhoto library.

I experienced a similar thing with iTunes and Aperture. Received only the spinning wheel when selecting Photos. Finally rebuilt permissions on Aperture, got the spinning wheel again but only for 10 seconds or so, then I could select "Sync Photos from [Aperture]" and was able to select the album I wished to sync with my iPhone.
