Can't Scroll In Mail after Mavericks update
Scrolling up or down in Mac Mail is not working - very odd.
Scrolling in all other apps is fine, however.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I experience this too in El Capitan. Can scroll the inbox but not the actual mail threads within one mail. Have to use scrollbar 😠
