iOS 7.0.3 is the worst thing that happened to me. How do I take it away from my iPhone?
Is there any possible way to get my old operating system back?
I would be very grateful if someboby could help!

First try hard reset http://www.wikihow.com/Hard-Reset-an-iPhone
If that does not help, try reseting all settings.
If that does not help, backup to iCloud before restoring and then restore from the backup. Unless I mistaken, once your restore your iPhone, everything you had in your iBooks will be back. (At least it worked like that for us.) Same appies to notes, but make sure that your notes are backed up to iCloud.
I had restored mine many times and restored as new phone as well but still failed. Upon turning on my phone it shows only 30 pin cable+ itunes. Does it mean my phone is hopeless already? I guessed that ios 7.0.3 is not compatible with iphone 4s.

No, that does not mean that 7.0.3. is not compatible... was your phone at any point jailbroken or hacked to unlock it?
If not, make an appointment at the genius bar and have it looked at.
