Hello sgarrett105,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
For more information on this, take a look at:
iOS: Changing the signed-in iTunes Store Apple ID account
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1311
Tap Settings > icloud and /or
iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.
Best of luck,
Mario
Have you heard of an email "lordrene @live.com" appearing on initial iphone 5s setup? I can log in to my icloud account, but I've restored my phone twice(once through iPhone and once using itunes) and each time after booting up, the iphone requested the email I'd never seen before.
I searched google which brought me to a link but my phone is not jailbroken and I don't have any pirated music on my iphone. There was another thread on the forum: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5659767 with no resulting solution. My situation is the same, coming from an iphone 4 and going to 5s. Looking for any information on this, thanks in advance.

Have any of you tried to delete the apps from your old account and reinstall them with your new one? Removing your old Apple ID apps will help you get back into your new one.
Removing your old Apple ID from your iPhones iTunes and App Store will allow you to replace it with your new and current Apple ID.
Make sure both of your ITunes and App Store are both signed into your current one or it won't work for you to download anything else on your iPhone.
Your Apple ID has to be the same with your App Store login and iTunes to use and download other apps.
Right.
Having this exact problem, with an interesting twist. I deleted the apps and now I'm trying to reload them. All came loaded on the phone, originally: They are iMovie ($4.99), Pages ($9.99), Keynote ($9.99), and Numbers ($9.99).
Now on my Apple ID, App Store wants me to buy them ($35 total), when I try to download them.
I have a similar problem but it is a little bit different. I purchased a certified pre owned iPhone 7 Plus from T-Mobile. The device was on the hello screen when I got it’s and had none of the previous owners apps when I set it up. However it will ask me for the previous owners appleid password every so often and it even displays updates in the notifications badge of the AppStore icon but not in the App Store itself. How the heck do I fix that? So annoyed.
That usually means that you have one or more apps that were purchased with the other ID. Apps (and other purchases) are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them. You will continue to be prompted for this ID when updating these apps. The only way to stop this is to delete the apps and repurchase them with your current ID.

I'd expect that I'd have to log out of the current apple ID and log into a new one to see the apps associated with that one.
And that's easier than just choosing the apps that you want from a merged app list?
But if you want to give Apple your feedback go here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html. It won't do any good stating your concerns in these support forums.
Calm down you lot go to here and hopefully this helps you. It helped me. You can sign into different accounts via your settings. iOS: Sign in with a different Apple ID in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store - Apple Support
I just restored my phone this morning. I've restored my phone many times over the years. During set up to restore from my iCloud back up, I was prompted for the passwords for two emails that I had never seen. One being "lordrene@live.com", the other being "itunes@honeymp3.com". Has anyone found a solution or explanation for this?
How do I find out which apps to uninstall?
Greetings pls help my iphone displays wrong apple id and icloud account how do i change this
I had the correct apple id on my phone but I could not update the apps on my iPhone. When I tried, it showed my daughters apple id. I just deleted the apps and re-purchased them with my correct apple id. I think it was an ID ten T problem on my part.
I'm a programmer. It seems programmers have a bug here because why, when my phone is plugged into my PC and the launched instance of iTunes running on the PC clearly shows my apple ID as the one logged in, and my phone as the one being synced, etc..does it show apps assigned to other apple IDs? For instance, this is a shared PC so the other phone that gets plugged in and used with iTunes is the wife's. But when I'm plugged in, it's showing all her apps, and not mine, even though it clearly shows it's working with "Husbnd's iPhone"?
Hey programmers, fix your bug. How hard is it to show/update ONLY the apps associated with the AppleID corresponding to the current device plugged in? Ameteur hour
yeah, but then when she goes to plug her phone in and wants to update her apps, will it show all your apps installed now? then she'll have delete all those apps and redownload all hers again? what a bunch of malarky.

Impossible, because purchased media is associated with Apple IDs, not devices.
