MacBook Air not wake up after sleep

Hi,

My MacBook Air(Mid 2012) can't wake up after sleep. I recently updated operation system to Mac OS X Mavericks and now after sleep mode screen goes black and nothing happens after this. Only thing that I could do is hard reboot by pressing power button and boot again. Do anyone have the same issue and suggestions how to fix this?

Hey I have similar experience as yours and my Macbook is 2015 as well. What did you do to help solve this problem ?

I got mine to reboot after disconnecting my external disk drives (they are on a USB port extender).

I found that when I would just get a black screen when trying to wake it up, if I unplugged my external drives (on USB port extender) it would wakeup fine. Then replugged in the USB connector.

I found that when I would just get a black screen when trying to wake my MacBook Pro up (even after I tried shutting it down and then restarting it), if I unplugged my external drives (on USB port extender) it would wakeup fine. Then replugged in the USB connector, my drives came up, and everything was hunky-dory.
