Safari & Sharepoint

Hi!

Safari 7.0 couldn't open my local Sharepoint 2010 website. It's start loading page and hangs, leave me with blank page. Meanwhile chrome is working fine.

Is there anything I could do, or should keep using chrome for this task?

P.S. I don't use any addons or extensions or whatever.

Thank you.

I just ran into this issue today with Safari 9.1 and the OS X 10.11.4 beta. Suddenly Safari refused to load a Sharepoint site that always worked before. It would just hang whereas Chrome worked fine. Fortunately I found this thread because as soon as I disconnected an SMB share that I was using Safari was able to load Sharepoint without issue.
