Since downloading maverick os x i have noticed when im in safari i was use to swiing left to go back (view previous pages) swipe right to the go forward to pages will there be an update to fix this as it seems pointless having a magic mouse as this was the main purpose i thought was so useful

Removing and then re-adding the mouse from the list of bluetooth devices didn't fix it. Same old crap.
Try turn off your Magic Mouse and turn it back on.
I had that problem for first time today.
I have had the same problem after upgrading to Mavericks. It completely crashes Safari and the App Store. I followed mrapple_x's instructions and it works now. Thanks mrapple_x
Just want to confirm that deleting magic mouse from BT preferences and then re-pairing worked for me as well. Thank you!
