New rMBP sleep/wake failure crashes

I'm using the new Retina MacBook Pro running Mavericks, and in the short span I've used it I've encountered a problem multiple times where the machine crashes during sleep. (I also tend to leave my WD external hard drive plugged in, if that makes any difference.)

Ah well that ***, another reason they'll be prying my Macbook Pro 17" i7 with dual SSD's and maxed ram from my cold dead hands. Just turn off WiFi then and see if prob goes. Can get a Ethernet to Thunderbolt adapter if it works. Good luck with it. I have to say I'm over Johnny Ives and his obsession with thinner, smaller devices. I'll keep my booty filled MBP over the new Twiggy thank you very much Johnny.
