Pages 5.0, hyperlinks, PDF file, links don't work

I upgraded to pages 5.0. My documents have many hyperlinks. When I convert them to PDF files the hyperlinks don't work in the pdf files. In pages: file > export > pdf > best image quality then to desktop. The links work on page 1 of the pdf file but not on the remainder of the pages. With the previous version of pages all the hyperlinks worked in the pdf files I created. Something I need to be doing with the new pages 5.0? Help. The links are a key component of my documents.

Thanks in advance.

Yep its a bug shadowlake. All you can do is submit feedback. Doesn't work via PDF button on the Print dialog either.

About time! Apple sneaked this fix thru very quietly, didn't they? Their policy seems to be 1. Don't admit a bug exists, 2. Fix it slowely, and 3. Once they've fixed it, pretend it never existed in the first place.

I didn't bother to check the update, because I didn't see any mention of the issue being fixed in the 5.2 update notes.

Thanks for letting us know.

On v.5.5, I found that links that span two lines of text cause a problem. In other words, if I have a two-word link, and the second word wraps to the next line of text, then it screws up all the links in the same paragraph. In my use case, all links in the paragraph get routed to the wrapped link, even though in Pages they each have their own distinct destination url. I was able to fix this by making sure all my links stay on the same line of text.
