ARD 3.7 crashes

Since upgrading to ARD 3.7 from 3.6 I and my systems manager have been experiencing many problems. ARD 3.7 crashes multiple times a day, versions 3.6 and earlier rarely crashed. It seems to have a lot of problems authenticating clients, clients will show up in the wrong groups, etc. I am wondering if other people have seen these problems. Both my and my system manager's iMacs are running Mac OS X 10.8.5. Clients are running Mac OS X 10.6.8 through 10.8.5.

Should I simply delete the data files and rebuild the ARD database from scratch or is there a much bigger problem with ARD 3.7?

Mine is still exhibiting the same previous glitchy behavior. Some classroom macs are not showing up at all, or are showing up as machines that are already connected. Some will not authenticate. IP address "flashing" still rampant. I cannot shut down any computers using Remote. Not sure what to do next, besides calling Apple again.

I called before the 3.7.1 update, but after a couple of hours with two technicians, it was time to go home, and the issue wasn't resolved. I am hoping for a 3.7.2 update.
