Why won't my MacBook Pro connect to my wifi?

I know text speak is ruining the English language, but 'your welcome' is the welcome someone else has given, when really you meant 'you are welcome' or 'you're welcome'.... I know this may seem pedantic and that the English language has more dyslexics than any other due to its multiple variations of producing the same sounds.... and maybe I am old fashioned... but I can tell you this... most of the writers today including those in the media would have failed 'o' level English. We accept sloppy standards... so we get sloppy service... we get sloppy goods... in fact everything is sloppy... and little works as it should... because we can't communicate to standards why should we expect the tech companies to work to standards?

oh man thanks for that. It's nearly 2016 and I come across this part n frequently, especially in countries where English is not the main language, like now I am in Suriname and my iPhone is online but my MB pro just won't Connect and their router instructions are in English,. Thanks to you I'll read them thru it and do my bit for international relations

TThanks for that tip! sounds like it solves the problem for us mac users . As I'm in a household with PCs , does this cause them to have any issues? Thanks!
