header footer columns pages 5.0?
Why the three columns in the new PAGES?
and how can I get rid of them and go back to just 1?

Hi I actually have a useful work around.
Take an old page from a document where it had the one section in the header and cut and paste your content to this and use it. I too have been pasting a banner in the header that gets squished with the new format, it just *****.
I find apples continual tampering a major annoyance to business and productivity. Unfortunately the only way to have a productive business with apple computers is to just not do their updates. Apple, likely Windows for that matter just cause businesses issues with their updates and seemingly trivial changes on this kind of level.
