i have been trying to redownload all my stuff after a fresh start with maveric not the mac store wont compleat my sign in, i cant sign in with my apple ID every where but on the mac app store will just give me the loading symble next to my details and thats it, i have tryied changing my firewall settings, changing my login detailes and even leaving it for hours but no luck, please help

Please move the file named "com.apple.appstore.cookies".
ya it just gererates a new file in its place and i still cant sign in
Read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data.
Quit the App Store application if it’s running.
Step 1
Hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Delete the following items from the Library folder (some may not exist):
Leave the Library folder open. Log out and log back in. Try the App Store again. If it works now, stop here. Close the Library folder.
Step 2
If you still have problems, quit again. Go back to the Finder and move the following items from the open Library folder to the Desktop:

no idea what just happened but now it works, after tring that last step and still not being able to sign in i just pressed cancle and left it to go watch some thing now it works, no idea why it would work after just leaving it for a bit after the steps you said but it did

you've got to be kidding. I appreciate all the help but Apple suggested I upgrade, I have, now my Mac isn't working properly and I'm expected to spend hours fiddling about with this and that to get it working again!?!?!? I bought a Mac to avoid this kind of stuff!
