Camera HDR turning off by itself

I have started having my own dobts over the repuation of Apple Proucts, particularly iPhone, being a bug free, user friendly premium category smartphone.

What's more surprizing is, even after acknowledging so many bugs on iOS7, the update frequency, and number of issues fixed thru updates is surprizingly low.

So unlike apple.

With high hopes I updated my phone... Only to be disappointed... The HDR mode still switches off after few mins (read more than 5 mins) of inactivity.

Yeh... That it does stay on, as it used to.

But my problem was not if the camera application was turned on again after closing within 5-7 mins, but more than that, that is:

1. I turn on the camera,

2. Switch on the HDR and do or do not take the pic

3. Close the app

4. If I Open it back within 2-3 mins - the HDR is still on.

5. But if I Open the camera app after a gap of 10-15 mins - now the HDR is off!!

Can you anyone please confirm on this ???

While the details of update said that the HDR bug is fixed for iPhone 5S (Only????), half hoping I tried this...

Well, the duration for which the HDR remained on was definitely better than earlier but aftrer launching camera after 30 mins' gap, found the HDR turned off again!!!!

Was happy... now sort of disappointed.. however, giving it another trial go!!!

by the way, I use iPhone 5.

This is to confirm that (at least for iPhone 5), the bug has not been fixed and stands as it was!!!
