Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn off both the "Always" and "Only while iPhone is locked" features under the SILENCE section of Do Not Disturb? I don't want my calls and notifications to be silenced ever, especially when the iPhone is locked. It seems like you have to check either one or the other and can't turn them both off. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Do you see a crescent moon in the status bar? If so, you have DND turned on. Turn it off.
No. The crescent moon icon is only displayed between 10PM and 6AM. This problem is outside those parameters.

Turned Scheduled Do Not Disturb back on and didn’t get a notification on the iPhone this time. Weird. Think I’ll just leave the Scheduled feature off and not grieve over it.
Weird is right. Not sure what it is doing on your device that is so much different than any others I've seen. Take care.
Same issue on Wife's iPhone6, turned off Bluetooth and all is well now. Not sure why BT is causing this, but maybe another update will fix this provided Apple is watching this.

If the Surge supports an audio profile that's likely to be what is happening. That's the way my Apple Watch works; notifications go to the watch.
Settings- sounds- turn off vibrate on silent. Why it should work I have no idea, but it does.
