I've been having crashes/freezes with Safari

I've been having crashes/freezes with Safari 6 and now with version 7. The crashes happen when multiple tabs are open. Safari simply freezes up and so does the whole computer. Keyboard commands to force quit an app work. The only way to resolve the issue is to hold down the power button on my iMac (late 2009) and restart the computer. I don't know where to find a crash report. I'm running Mavericks (10.9). But, the problem happened with Mtn Lion as well.

My research has led to two likely issues with the late 2009 iMac:

1) the graphics card over heating esp. with heavy graphics use,

1b) or other NVIDIA GeForce GT 130 issue

2) my daisy chained LaCie drives seem to be running whenever a freeze happens (see https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3933487) and continue to spin after the freeze. I worked for a while without the drives running only turning them on for backups or file retrieval and things proceeded swimingly. Hooked up the daisy chain recently and [freeze].

I performed PRAM reset and disk maintainance and now running only one lacie drive directly connected via firewire 800 to the iMac.

Does anyone have an address where I can send my invoice for QA services rendered in good faith.
