I accidentally synced my computer photos to my phone and when I tried to delete them, while following apple care instructions, I got stuck when I wasn't able to press the selected folders button on my apple laptop while on iTunes, Please help

I am having the same issue By sync. It will delete all the photos but what if someone want to delete selected photos only
And i think apple should have give the option in iphone to delete sync. Photos without connecting it to pc

What if I dont want to delete all synced pictures? What if I want to keep all original pictures on my computer, sync the folder to my iphone/ipad and than delete some of these pictures from my device, selectively?
Lets say I have a folder with 200 photos taken on my last vacation but I want to have only 35 of these pictures on my phone what should I do?
Then you move or copy the selected photos to a separate folder and then sync that folder. This does not delete folders from the computer but will selectively sync photos to the phone. As stated earlier, you cannot delete photos synced to the phone from the phone.
which means you have to use a computer to sync selected pictures not really convenient, isn't? Why Apple does not implement something like on Android or Windows phones where you can copy/delete/move right on your device without using a PC.

You said that you wanted to sync, so it isn't like syncing is that big of a problem. You can just as easily arrange the photos on the computer and then sync rather that sync everything to the phone and do file maintenance on a phone. However, if you would like to provide feedback to Apple about a change you would like to see, go HERE, and click on the appropriate link.

i have an issue. . . i went for blasterjaxx n took videos n snaps which used almost 3.5gbs that's ok. . .but when i returned back n deleted em from phone my phone still shows 2459 images
Why I cant chick 'Selected folder'
I after clicking on photos I deselected "sync photos from" and it asked me if i wanted to or remove photos from my phone and i clicked remove and voila, I have my storage back to notms now! Phew! Hope it works for others.
I've reinstall the itunes, and following the steps above but it not make any changes:( first my photo is 464, and i unselect the folder(99 photos) and i click the remove photos button, it turns to 365 photos, i was so happy but when i apply the changes, it turns back to 464 photos:( what should i do? can anyone help me?:(((
