The apple website won't let me book a Genius Bar appointment. I get as far as entering my Apple ID then a page that says "press ok to try again" appears but it doesn't work
apple is pooping me off i am only in Adelaide for a few days and it wont let mer book an appoinment any other suggestions???

On your IOS device, use your Apple Store app. You can make a Genius Bar appointment on that. It is much harder to do on a Mac OS computer. Don't confuse Apple Store with App Store. Two different animals. If the Genius Bar reservations are too far out in Adelaide, I'd say you are stuck. However, if you plead your case late in the afternoon one day, they might make you an appointment for before 10:00AM the next morning. No guarantee but it might work. Look pathetic.Good luck

The Genius Bar in Apple stores is a person to person appointment.
If you have a telephone appointment, it is generally with an Apple support representative. Check the email or documentation that tells you what is going to happen. Apple support will call you if that is what was set up.
