Cannot order Iphoto Book

So every time I try and order an IPHOTO book it freezes after it "assembles"- while it's uploading the photos OR it uploads all the photos and right at the end it says "Click Retry to upload the failed asset again or Cancel Order to cancel your Order. What would you like to do?" - I've retried like 3 times.

So I was had OS X 10.5, bought snow leapord, upgraded to Mavericks, bought IPHOTO 11, then had to get the photo upgrader so I did.

The PHOTO book was created when I had the old version of IPHOTO so I spent all last night redoing the whole book (as in creating a new book and replacing the photos) and it is still not working.

I've made sure the I have the correct country & everything I just have no idea what to do at this point. There are no errors popping up in the book.

Can anyone help?

MacBook, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Yeah, its a desktop, so no, I did not try different wifi.internet connections. What are you thinking it might be? I will add that in my many unsuccessful attempts to upload the calendar (which almost always got to the very end of the uploading process) it took hours (4-5) to do so. But when I switched user accounts, it took maybe 45 minutes. All attempts were using the same internet connection.

Have successfully uploaded iPhoto Book to http://www.prestophoto.com/designer/. Book has arrived and was $50 cheaper than Apple. Quality not quite as good, but hey, better than no book at all!

Also noticed an iPhoto update today. Not much given away, perhaps they have silently fixed the problem without admitting there was a glitch. Maybe the iPhoto book publisher in Japan was not up to date with the changes?
