I keep getting an error 310 when i try to sign in. Says that iam not connected to the internet but i am.

For me, it gives me the error while on my library, it gives me 80's music and Country music
and my proxy internet box isn't checked.
Thank you I use Chrome but it was an IE problem that was stopping iTunes working.
