Try to check on your Internet Explorer browser if any proxies checked. Unchecked on both those. Basically, error 310 means your ITunes cannot connect to internet. I had experienced in that one, I can browse internet using my firefox, but when I tried opening my IE Browser, somehow, there's proxies entered in there. So I cleared them out and I can connect my iTunes well. Hope that works for you.

Guys, it can't be that you have to disable proxy server settings for iTunes, there is a reason why you have to use a proxy server. What a ... application is iTunes for such a workaround to get it working !???

Please provide clear information who iTunes can be used behind a proxy server! Be more professional ...

Thanks

Hey guys, that is a not professional solution as it can be expected. There is a reason why some users use a proxy server. That's not a acceptable solution, only a workaround. If you have any please provide information how you get the ... iTunes working behind a proxy.

Thank you.
