Today my Apple Mail no longer provides me with my gMail in the inbox.
I can send mail to my gMail address and it shows in the Sent box ...but it never makes it to my Inbox.
If I log directly into Google Mail the email message is there.
This has always worked before.
Also, just now I downloaded and installed the Apple update for Mail ...which said it fixes some gMail account issues ..but I still have the problem.

Set your Gmail account up correctly, use Gmails settings to adjust the account the way you want it to be.
As you have not provided any detail about the functioning of your account that is all the detail I have for you.

I will report all posters who brag about breaking the terms of their agreement with Apple, I hope that is clear to you.
Ok take a look here as you can see now even iCloud isnt working. Is not a problem of Gmail settings.
That tells me nothing,
Post Imap and SMTP settings for the Gmail accounts, SMTP only for iCloud.
Have you done anything to troubleshoot this, have you run Connection Doctor? recreated any accounts?
Here it is:
Your Gmail username should be your full Gmail address.
Now show me the iCloud SMTP settings
Where is SMTP of iCloud?
Click where it says iCloud
Then choose 'Edit SMTP Server'

It was autosetup so it doesn't show, that means you need to go to System Preferences>iCloud, switch Mail off, reboot your Mac and switch Mail back on.
How are the Gmail accounts now?
I add complete username with @gmail.com in all the accounts. With no results.
The complete email address, no spaces, yes?
Run Connection Doctor and tell me what it says.
And post the Gmail SMTP settings as well.

Situation NOW (iCloud as Gmail Accounts somethimes works sometimes not)
iCloud mail is working now.
Both Gmail accounts should be deleted and re-entered correctly. Please name the SMTP servers to match the accont (Gmail1 or 2) at the moment there is no way of knowing whether you are using the correct server for each account, they are both called Gmail.
