Touch ID not working when iPhone goes to sleep with Twitter is the active app

Hi,

When my iPhone goes in sleep mode with Twitter being launch and being the active app on the creen, then Touch ID does not recognize any finger print and keeps asking "Try again" and the only way to unlock the iPhone is to type the code. Anyone noticed the same pbm?

Cheers,

Olivier

Unfortunately uninstalling the Official Twitter app and reinstalling it never works for me. I have periodically downloaded the official Twitter app when they have updated it in the hopes they fixed the issue, but within 30 minutes or so of installing it Touch ID fails. I deleted the official Twitter app and I have been running another Twitter client (Twittelator Neue) for the past month or so and have never had a single TouchID issue since.

Funny, I'd gone back to Tweetbot and had forgotten about this but tried the new twitter yesterday and after the first lock, it wouldn't acknowledge a finger on the sensor. Definitely the twitter app doing it. I also noticed that my home button wouldn't work at all for about 5 presses when the twitter app was active. Finally did, killed the app and has been fine since.
