iCloud Videos stay in "Other" when viewed streaming, is there some way to delete them?

When you view iCloud videos not by downloading them to your iPad but instead view them directly and start a stream. This stream is somehow cached in the other files section of my iPad. These files arent deleted even after watching. The only way to clear up this cache file wich is now 9 Gb from my 16 Gb iPad, is to do a full reset, which is offcourse a bit of overkill to do.

Is there no other way to clear the cached videos from the "Other" section. The videos dont appear in iTunes, and dont appears as files anywhere in the settings or video app itselve.

Ive tried downloading a movie to my device but that only too adds up to the total memory.

Hope someone can help

Regards Hans

This dude Lepkeleh knows what he is talking about. This 'sign-out of iTunes' way, or reset are the only ones that work. Everything else on this forum is a bunch of spammers trying to get downloads. Just sign-out and sign back in, and get on with your life. It's what Steve Jobs would want you to do ( just make sure you get that **** cancer surgery you've been putting off).

This still happens on the latest iPad software for me (ios 9.3.3). Even worse, when I actually click the 'download' button, which I did for 3.4GB of videos today, even this fills up the cache, with another 3.4GB of storage. This is insane. Does anyone know if I can download iTunes-purchased videos any other way and play the without using the poorly-written Apple code? Are there apps out there that will do better?

I should add that logging out of iTunes, reboot, and logging back in cleared out the cache. But I really need a better solution for my 4-year old to watch her videos. Perhaps the answer is to buy a Nexus or Amazon whatever-the-heck.
