Are lots of people meet the new iPad air restart problem? I have met it several times since I bought it a week. Any solution can avoid it or should I go to store to change a new one As this is a really annoying problem.

We have a fix in an upcoming software update for a bug that can occasionally cause a home screen crash.

Yes, the article only mentions iPhone. But, the statement that was released by Apple's spokesperson does not state that the update is for iPhone only. It's probably for all iOS devices such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod.

"Restart problem" doesn't carry much information. A lot more restart problems need to be reported before they are recognisable as "THE restart problem". Could you give a better description?
While I am using a application like safari, the iPad just restarted. Probably it wasn't a really restart because it just took a seconds and the a white screen with an in the middle came up just like usually turn on the iPad and back to lock screen and any application I was using were closed after that.
Same problem here too hopefully next patch will fix things. Too be honest I expect this of android not apple.

I have the same problem too. More so today after the upgrade to 7.0.4
This also happens to my iPhone running 7.0.4. It randomly displays this white background with apple logo sveral times a day now.

This is happening to me too.only started happening since update to 7.0.4 on the iPad Air. Happens in any app.
Yes my iPad Air has rebooted about 5 times in he last 2 weeks (since I got it). Never had an ipad crash like that more than once since 2009 when they first came out.
I have the exact same problem. My iPad Air has rebooted twice randomly since I first opened it yesterday.
