When someone calls me it rings on their end but not on mine. I don't receive a missed call and so I have no knowledge of people ever calling me. I only receive text messages when I touch my phone also. I have checked network connection and there are no problems there. has anyone had any similar issues and a way to resolve this?

I had the same problem and here's how I fixed it: Go to Settings - Do Not Disturb - Allow Calls From. Check to make sure its set to Everyone. After downloading a software update my phone stopped ringing and when I checked this setting it had been set to Favorites so unless the call came from someone on my Favorites list it didn't ring. Hope this helps!
