Do Not Localize string issue in Mavericks Bluetooth setting

Hi,

Today when I tried to use my Magic Mouse with my MBPR 15" I found the Bluetooth feature stopped functioning, then I tried to open up the Bluetooth setting in my MBPR, and it shows the following:

It shows "do not localize" string in the setting dialog. I guess it's not normal?

BTW, I restored the Bluetooth function back to normal by rebooting my MBPR.

I havetried the same, fiddling with 2.4 and 5 GHz settings and switching wifi off completely, but the bluetooth behaves still the same way. Mouse fully charged, other bluetooth devices working normally, so there must be a SW problem in Mavericks.
