Can anyone access the 3 Disney Channels on Apple TV?

One of my Apple TV's is having the same issue where none of the 3 Disney apps are responding. The other Apple TV I have is fine. Both are running 6.0.2(6646.81.1), I have Verizon Fios, and am located on Long Island.

I called customer support for this issue and after making me unplug the unit and resetting it twice they said that it was a Disney issue. They gave me a phone number 18002051911. They are closed today but maybe if we all call tomorrow they might try to fix it.

I've been having the same problem with all three of my apple tv's. I wonder if a recent firmware update may have broken it. If anyone figures out how to fix it please let us know.

Also, all three disney apps are currently working on my ipad.

I think I found the solution it has worked on mine. Just go to the top and go to settings sign out and reactivity the Apple TV.it has worked on mine and still working.think it was a sort of time out that May have happened. Apple and Disney tech support are idiots and have never resolved an issue I have had. Hope it works for you.

You need to be more specific for what you logged out of. In Settings, I logged out of both the iTunes Store and iCloud accounts, restarted Apple TV, logged back in and still got the spinning wheel "Accessing Disney Channel".

I can't understand why this issues still isn't fixed yet. I have done everything from unplugging the unit and also restoring it back to the factory settings 3 times. I have been on the phone with apple and the Disney channel and nobody seems to know what is going on here. My kids are driving me crazy because it's not working.

Turn on your Apple TV, go to the Disney app, once you are in the app on the top right there is the settings, go to the last option log out of what ever provider you have, then go back into the app and reactivate just like you did the first time.

The app won't even load for any of us. As soon as you click on the Disney icon it says accessing the disney channel and the little spinning loading icon just keeps spinning for hours.

Yes this is the case for me also.

Just before this issue though, I would get an error message when trying to play any Disney content. I would then need to log out and then back in to the Disney App and then re-activate the account before every use.

I am talking about the error 400-1 my assumption for you may be to default your Apple TV to factory settings by conecting it to your computer and a mini USB

Update: I restored the Apple TV that wasn't working to factory settings and re-activated all 3 of the Disney apps, that resolved the issue.

All the other Apps work fine, I'd rather not do a total reset for the Disney App. I don't remember the error code. It had something to do with not being authorized to view the content.

Sooner or later you'll end up with Roku 3 problems. None of the platforms are free of problems.

Update

I finally got Disney to load. The issue for me was the constant "Accessing Disney Channel".

1) Full Restore of Apple TV - Did not help

2) Unplugged both Power and HDMI cable from Apple TV and waited 30 seconds.

3) Plugged cables back in / Selected Disney Channel / re-activated / Works

Have not tested long enough to see if it will continue to work or if the 400-1 error will return.
