Can anyone access the 3 Disney Channels on Apple TV?

All were working fine not 2 days ago, now none work on any of my 3 Apple TV's. Just get an "Accessing Disney (Junior, XD, Channel)" and a pinwheel of death that goes no where. I updated the software on a couple days ago when prompted. Perhaps that is messing things up? I even reset one of my devices to facotry settings (ugh!) and still doesn't work. Every other channel works, except for the Disney's. I double checked to see if they dropped my provider and they haven't. I can access them on my macbook air, just not Apple TV.

I have 3 year old twins who need their Jake and the Neverland Pirates!

Here is something interesting I took my non-working Apple TV to another location with another service provider and it worked fine. I brought it back home and still have the same problem. It is an internet service provider issue. For instance I use comcast at home and used the bellsouth DSL at work. If you can try that then try it and let me know how it works.

Unplugg both the power and HDMI cables from the Apple TV device. Wait 30 seconds and plug back in. This worked for me and it's still working.

This may or may not make a difference, but:

Before you unplug the cables from ATV, make sure your TV is set for the HDMI port for theTV and and not the HDMI port for Apple TV. Turn the TV off, then unplug the cables from ATV. So:

1) Set your TV to the HDMI port for the TV, not Apple TV

2) Turn the TV off

3) Disconnect the power and HDMI cables to the Apple TV device

4) Wait 30 seconds

5) Reconnect the ATV cables

6) Turn the TV on and set the HDMI port to ATV

7) Select Disney and I hope it works for you.

So as the person who originally started this post, I appreciate all the enthusiasm and suggestions on how to fix the problem. I'm happy to report that I tried out all 3 apple TV's a few moments ago and all Disney channels are working perfectly.

What did I do?

Nothing!

There must have been a back-end problem with Apple or Disney that was fixed. My twins will be psyched!

Thanks again.

I'm able to sign into the Disney and ABC channels but after the Apple TV sleeps for a few days I get the error which necessitates me signing out within the app and signing back in. It's such a nuisance because that requires entering codes on a computer with different ones for each channel. The same issue occurs with the iCloud photos and the music match. It's so common I no longer expect any of these services to work without having to sign out some place and. Sign back in. As a result I cannot recommend Apple TV to others. I'm connected by Ethernet.
