I put in the activation code which takes me to a screen with a log in icon of Facebook, Google+ and PBS. Clicking on them does nothing. What's up with that. Tried yesterday and just tried again today and I get nowhere. I want my PBS.

I encountered the same issue. After multiple failures with activating via the PBS option, I tried to go through Google+. I was able to change the settings so that it wouldn't access circles, etc. unlike Facebook that wants you to divulge your entire life. I successfully activated PBS with Google+.
I had the same issue when using Safari. I tried with Firefox and it worked. Found this solution in here somewhere.
Yes...you are right. It works on my cell phone...CRAZY PBS...what do you expect...they're a non-profit company..barely a company. Use your cell...it works...don't use yoru computer or Firefox or Chrome or safari...it won't help.
