Dear All,
I set up a few mail accounts on my Mavericks, but do not want to do the same process again on my iPhone5.
Is there any solution to make the iphone to pick up the mail accounts defined on Mavericks? The "accounts" list in system settings should be put in sync only...

Unfortunately you cannot do this at this point in time. You can not automatically copy your email addresses (with or without passwords, as Janet asked) between devices.
This feature was available using the old iTunes sync that is now defunct and unavailable. I would expect Apple to roll this feature out using iCloud in the near future if security standards will allow.
As Peter has pointed out, you can access your passwords across several devices using keychain, but this does not address the 'issue' anyone has asked about. It is however a useful feature that could make managing your email addresses on iOS devices easier.
Yes I thought I answered her question, thanks for confirming. Keychain is designed to do just that, so if you change your passwords on one device they are picked up on others.
I also answered the OP if you look. The other feature described was taken away and at time of writing (10.9.2) it has not returned. If you have three or four email addresses like most people it will cost you ten minutes every time you buy another device every year or so.

No Peter. You did not answer her question at all. Janet mentioned passwords in relation to the accounts being synced automatically. Not as a seperate thing. You need to comprehend the context of her question in relation to the whole paragraph and previous comments.
But that is unimportant now. As long as people read my previous comment, they will understand the facts as they are. Hopefully people wont be confused by your diversion.

It is actually a little bit of a pain, but only when you need to restore your phone from new...
I use a few accounts for work and personal that need to be separate and it was really nice to be able to just select which ones you wanted to synch to your phone or ipad from itunes.
I'm not sure if this was a mavericks thing or an ios7 thing but a few conveniences and pains were added with ios7, and this is one of the things Apple should bring back.
I still think IOS is the best from a security and privacy viewpoint, but a lot of the conveniences I also liked seem to have been thrown out with ios7. I won't get into those but this is one thing that I know apple could easily do since the feature was there before and worked great. The little things, conveniences and pains in the butt do add up.
They should really refocus on user convenience. They had a great balance of security, privacy ande simple convienice. It really did just work, making the restrictions more than worth it. They need to refocus on UI elegance and real world convenience of situations, and we need to help them by being honest of what seems like an "improvement" and what is a big step backwards with how we really use the products.
Add one more voice to "please, just let us synch our email accounts back to our devices. just being able to save web passwords and synch those is great, but not the same thing. also just using icloud account with your phone isn't close to the same thing either." I really do like icloud password synching though, that was a great plus. Wish it didn't need to be balanced by the downsides though. If apple had kept the good and added the good, man it would rock.

It's something you used to be able to do that they took out, that many of us really liked.
By the title of the thread, it's something that can't be "solved" unless apple fixes it and restores the function...
People making pretend "solutions" to brush it aside as not an issue doesn't solve it or help apple know what we really want and what our real issue is.

If you were able to comprehend effectively, you would have seen that I was responding to "netsoup", who was expressing concern that the 'issue' had not in fact been resolved, but instead that it had been established that the issue could not be resolved as such.
Now go back to your cave and stop bothering us.

Now perhaps you could just have a bit of respect for the people who have expressed concern at a lack of resolution for the issue being discussed, and stop wasting everyone's time.
