Can one locate all exclamation mark iTunes Songs?
Maybe be some filtering in itunes?

If you'd like to remove files with a "!" I find it easier to get Dupin Lite 2 from the App Store.
In Dupin Lite 2...
1) Click "Get Dupes"
2) Once complete Dupin will identify "dead" tracks in red font
3) To remove click Tools>Remove "Dead" Tracks...
Dupin will then remove files with "!" from iTunes
Note: because the tracks are considered "dead" no files on the file system are impacted
nothing found... strange.. Well I hope it resolves itself..
Finally, found it.. Last time I synced my iphone I synced some apps too, I've deleted those apps from itunes and itunes was able to find all missing files.. 🙂
