sync iPhone/Maverick WITHOUT iCloud

I agree with you AnoukJ,

However users in the USA simply will not understand your concern.

In smaller countries around the world the realisation that our personal and business data would be stored on some sever farm in the US is not acceptable.

I for one am looking for an in house way of syncing because I value my privacy. There are a growing number of "home Clouds" coming on the market so be patient and a good solution will come along from someone who understands peoples concern.

This is a very old thread and Apple reintroduced direct Sync. If you have a technical issue then please start your own thread.
