Cant download apps, it says that i need to update my billing information, but the information is up to date. When i re input the info it says there is a problem with the last purchase. I can't upgrade anything, or even update apps. Free ones or otherwise.

Can anyone help me out? Prease?

That's not true..If you owed a previous bill it would tell you that you have a previous billing problem. By giving you a bogus answer that their way of trying to help when all they want is your information. There is some kind of stat they are getting out of this for sure. Their site will tell you that we need that info because the out of country app developers need it. But you can get the same exact apps from android without any type of billing info at all as long as the apps and updates are free. It doesn't even come up at all when getting a free app or update..I cannot believe that Apple is doing this to their customers. Its so frustrating. I have been with them for the past six years and I am switching to the Samsung Galaxy when I update this year..

No one can tell you what Apple said because whomever is moderating comments is removing the answers. You have to contact Apple yourself.

Exact same thing is happening to mine, even when I select “none” it doesn’t do anything, it’s telling me to sign in over and over again . Every time I keep trying, it said there’s a billing issue. I’ve tried everything to fix it, it’s so frustrating m! I am so close to switching back to android . If you find a way to fix it please let me know, and I’ll do the same. Thank you ...

Unfortunately you must clear out the owes balance before you can “purchase” anymore Apps

Even if they’re free. I tunes chat support can’t assist you in this matter either. Thy can’t cancel the order (or won’t) regardless you must pay the order then cancel the subscription then contact iTunes “support “ thy can then refund the money

Sorry but that is the only solution. Unless someone found a way around it
