Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect

Yes, it's nothing you are doing wrong. You must send an email to apple and they will fix the problem. I recently went through the same thing. In the email provide as much information as possible for them to know who you are.

devprograms@apple.com - I don't quite remember all I wrote but I listed my name, when I paid and became a member, login ID etc... just enough information to identify my account . I wrote the email in the middle of the night and I was able to log in by morning. Keep in mind they are in California . If I find the original email I wrote I will post it if you still need it.
