How do I uninstall "Eyes on the Solar System"?

I recently installed "Eyes on the Solar System" from NASA's web site. It is compatible with OS X and runs fine, but I want to delete it. If I drag it to Trash, the icon just returns to Launchpad. If I hold down on the screen, I do not get an X. This was not downloaded through the App Store, and has no delete option in its menu.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this program?

Thanks.

Hi Saholz,

I had the same problem. When I was trying to uninstall, I couldn't. Then I realize that the installation was done in my profile library.

So I did

Open Finder

in the search box i put: internet plug-ins

it will show you at least 2 folders named internet plug-ins.

Usr / Library / Internet plug-ins

Macintosh HD / library / Internet plug-ins

In my case the install program uses User library to install the program. So I selected 'npNASAEyes.plugin' and trashed it.

I hope this can help
