Can't Fast Forward/Slow down in iMovie

I have the new iMovie and i took a video on my laptop with the iSight camera and will not let me speed up. Please help!

MacBook, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Turning off the "Wrapping Timeline" did the trick for me. This is definitely a bug. Please report it to Apple at the below link, since they won't see any of our posts here.

Thank you, I spent an hour on this now, and I found this, very nice. One should wish that at least Apple put this info in a update of the Help File....
