Lost iCloud email address and password.. Help!

Since you didn't purchase it from an Apple Store or from an AASP, it was probably a 2nd-had device (as the unknown iCloud ID indicates). So, no, they will not do it in that situation. Again, it must be the original receipt - the receipt that the first person who ever purchased the device from Apple or from an AASP.

Again, sorry, but Apple won't remove the lock if that is the case.

I just upgraded my iPad to IOS 9 on prompting. Then it demanded an Apple ID and password for activation. i entered these but it refuses to activate. when i put the same Apple ID and password on my laptop i can enter my account but i cannot do it on my iPad.

What do you mean by "it refuses to activate"? What error are you getting?

What screen is displaying that is asking for the password? Does it look like this:

If so, do you recognize the email address it is asking for? Did you purchased this device new from an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller?

No we cannot help you. You have not stated what your problem is - "similar" doesn't cut it. Also, there have been several posts with fixes and links. The topic is so generic, that there is no way to know what particular version of "Lost iCloud email and password" you might be referring to.

So, explain exactly what your issue is, what you have done to try to fix it, and what issues your are continuing to encounter.

I had reset My Iphone 6s and is is asking me to use only my (m*** @iCloud.com) ID to restore all of the data and I cannot remember what it. Is there any way to retrieve it, thus I cannot reactivate my phone.

Note : I tried using my normal Apple ID which I used to use for iTunes and such, but not worked and keep asking me to put my (m*** @iCloud.com)

If I forgot my iCloud email address and password, which are different from my Apple ID, is there any way to retrieve it? I've looked everywhere thoughout the discussion boards and cannot find an answer. I bought a second hand iphone .. I rest the phone unknowingly to me that it will ask for activation code .. now I am stock there . I can not get in touch with the previous owner . he gave me the password only to the iphone.. now I dont know what to do because I need the apple id only to the phone

Sorry, but as has been stated numerous times in this thread, unless you can contact the previous owner and have them supply the Apple ID and Password needed to remove the lock, then you are out of luck. No one can help you with this except the person who put the lock on, or someone who knows that person's Apple ID and password.

If you bought a device second hand and do not know the previous owner's credentials to log in, you are in Activation Lock

What do you mean "mobile is asking for activation"? Do you mean a carrier activation? Like AT&T or Verizon? If so, you have to contact the carrier.
