Where is the preview option, all I see is save it then open, it does not matter if I open it with preview or reader at that point, it takes too long and is not a work around, all I want is like I had before,

1. open up a pdf in a browser

2. select the text

3. copy the text

EASY!!

New crap way

1. open a pdf in a browser

2. go to the bottom of the browser screen pdf

3. select save

4. go to where I saved it

5. open it up in reader

6. select the text to copy

7. close reader

8. delete the pdf where I saved it

lets see here 3 easy steps that we HAD until APPLE DESTROYED it, VS. 8 steps.

Someone please enlighten me on a 3 step process like before!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!

Finally a total fix!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Csound1this total fix should have been posted on the first page, we are so used to downloading adobe reader for years that I would have never thought I don't even need it WOW.

Thank you

and for the rest of you that read this thread just remove it (I use amnesia)

but here are instructions
"There is no uninstaller for Reader XI in Mac.

You can directly delete the application from Applications folder, that is just trash /Applications/Adobe Reader.app.

Also this may cause a break in Safari functionality to read PDF files using Adobe Reader plugin.

To resolve this, go to /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ and remove AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin"
