We received an e-mail from AT&T with The instructions to unlock,but when we put The new sim Card os notícias recognized to be activated by The iphone.
We tried back up and restore with AT&T sim Card. And with The new Sim Card.

The back up and restore we are making overseas in Brasil.

Only the carrer an iPhone was sold as carrier locked with can officially unlock the iPhone, or send the unlock request to Apple on the owner's behalf. In this case, that would be AT&T.
Where did you acquire this iPhone? If not advertised as being unlocked by the seller, why did you purchase a carrier locked iPhone if you need an unlocked iPhone?
The phone was finnaly unlocked by AT&T.
After receiving the unlock authorization from AT&T and restore the phone nothing happened.
We called AT&T and after 24 hours the unlock was OK.
It took a cuple weeks but now it´s OK.
