As far as I can tell both of your Macs have Firewire. Use Target disk mode:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1661
to access the G3's disk from the MacBook so that you can examine the disk.
Make sure that the System Folder contains a System and a Finder.
I don't have a firewire cable 😟 is there any other way that i can access the HDD from my macbook?
It is best to wait until you purchase or borrow a Firewire cable.

I have found out the HDD was dammaged. So i went to a computer show, bought a firewire cable, then want to a computer shop bought a HDD and a iBook G4 install dvd. Then i used the firewire cable and put the G3 in target disk mode then connected the G4 via firewire. Then formatted the HDD and installed OS X 10.3. Now it works perfectly. Thank You for all the help you gave me.🙂
