I used 1234 as recommended by another user. I didn’t recall ever setting a PIN for restrictions and now it seems it was set during an up date. I would suggest before resetting phone try the default 1234. Work for me

Restore to a backup if was taken when the code wasn't on the device, or reset the device back to factory defaults if you don't have such a backup (after copying off anything that you want to keep)

It'll be whatever you, or whoever's used the iPad, set it to be. If you can't remember it or don't know it see above
