I used 1234 as recommended by another user. I didn’t recall ever setting a PIN for restrictions and now it seems it was set during an up date. I would suggest before resetting phone try the default 1234. Work for me

I found adoption.plist but there is only a 0 in line0

I've been forgotten the pins of restrictions on the locations and privacy and reset the them? How?
Will all my contacts and photos erase completely if i erase my phone from the "find my iphone" app?
Anything stored on the phone will be deleted. If contacts are stored elsewhere (e.g. on your iCloud account) when you set the phone up again and add that account they should reappear.

Restore to a backup if was taken when the code wasn't on the device, or reset back to factory defaults if you don't have such a backup (after copying off anything that you want to keep)
